Process Principles
Extrusion casting: Plastic particles are plasticized by the screw and then extruded in a linear pattern by the flat die head, then attached to the surface of flexible substrates such as paper, film, non-woven fabrics, woven fabrics, etc., and then cooled and pressed to form a composite material with the barrier and heat sealing properties of the plastic film layer as well as the strength and functional properties of the substrate.
