( hereinafter called SHI ) is a film production equipment business jointly formed by Japan Sumino Precision Co., Ltd. with 30% capital and Nanjing Yubu Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. with 70% capital. It was established on August 16, 2022 with a registered capital of $1517000, and as of March 10, 2023, SHI and its subsidiaries(Nanjing Sumino Precision Machinery Co., Ltd.) had 56 employees. At present, SHI has 6 production series: cast film equipment, stretching machine, laminating machine, coating machine, sheet machine and Granulator, with a design capacity of 30 units/year, of which the production ratio of laminating machine occupies 40%, cast film equipment occupies 30% and other series occupy 30% in total. In terms of production process, in addition to the five major processes of machining, welding, painting, assembly, commissioning electrical and testing machine, the company also covers the technical development of film forming and resin process testing. SHI is focused on the experience of details in each market segment and operates under the philosophy of responsibility to global consumers.
