Polyamide film has high tensile strength, elongation and tear strength, good cold resistance and heat resistance (can be used in the environment of - 60 ~ 200 ℃), non-toxic, excellent oil resistance and aroma retention, and has barrier effect on oxygen, so it is mostly used for the packaging of various foods; Because the film can be steam sterilized at a high temperature of about 120 ℃, it can be used to make food bags and containers of medical appliances, as well as electrical insulation materials.
Polyacyl adhesive film can be compounded with LDPE, PP film and aluminum foil. It is mainly used as packaging material.
1) Raw material selection: polyamide film extrusion blow molding generally uses resin, and the resin can also produce flat film by extrusion casting method (using t-mold). These resins can also be co extruded to produce composite films.

1) The production process sequence of polyacyl rubber film extrusion blow molding is exactly the same as that of polyethylene film extrusion blow molding.
2) Dry raw materials. PA material has high water absorption. Generally, the raw material must be dried before being put into production. Generally, the temperature higher than 100 ℃ is used and vacuum drying is adopted to make the water content in the resin less than 0.1% (higher water content is easy to cause bubbles in the film). The dried resin shall be stored in a closed container or put into production immediately.
3) Barrel temperature of extruder: 245 ℃ in feeding section, 245 ℃ in plasticizing section, 240 ℃ in homogenizing section and 240 ℃ in forming die.
4) The membrane bubble traction speed is 10 ~ 20m / min and the expansion ratio is 1.5 ~ 2.
5) Precautions.
Polyamide is a kind of crystalline polymer that is easy to decompose. The plasticizing temperature range is small, so the temperature range should be strictly controlled. If the material temperature is low and the viscosity is high, it is easy to increase the working load of the host; If the material temperature is too high, it is easy to decompose.
② When the bubble expansion ratio is greater than 2, the operation of the bubble is unstable and the film is easy to wrinkle.
3 when the air cooling film bubble is adopted, the distance between the traction rod and the die outlet shall be controlled within 1.5 ~ 2.5m.
④ When the film bubble is cooled with water, the distance between the die outlet and the water ring should be as small as possible; After cooling the film with water, it is better to dry it at 60 ℃.
